Written by HYGY Editorial Team

Seoul’s creative energy came into sharp focus at the YONGDAE Fashion Show in Itaewon, where emerging Korean designers presented a collective vision shaped by craftsmanship, experimentation, and cultural identity. Curated by CEO Ashley Hobday, the showcase highlighted YONGDAE’s ongoing mission to build meaningful bridges between Korean designers and global fashion communities.

On the runway, brands including AHHORN, CCOMAQUE, Reculer, IOEDLE, FLENO, DOBB, NUOSMIQ, SASO Lifestyle, AvecBag, Chambriller, and Phenomenon Seeper revealed a spectrum of contemporary Korean aesthetics—from modern hanbok silhouettes to directional tailoring and expressive streetwear influences. Together, they created a unified mood that felt grounded in Seoul yet open to international conversation.

A notable presence throughout the night was AHHORN, the modern hanbok brand known for creating the costumes for the Korean drama “The Star Is Born.” Istituto Marangoni ambassadors Rachy Kang and Soyeon Hwang attended the show wearing AHORN’s signatures, continuing an ongoing creative dialogue between the designer and the ambassadors that spans Seoul, Milan, and London. Their appearance added a personal layer to the evening, underscoring YONGDAE’s role as a connector between emerging designers and global creative networks.

Beyond the runway, the event’s atmosphere was charged with movement and exchange—guests, models, designers, and collaborators shaping a space where fashion, culture, and community intertwined. The afterparty extended the night’s energy with music, conversation, and a lucky draw featuring pieces from participating brands, closing the show on a vivid and memorable note.

The YONGDAE Fashion Show stands as a reflection of Korea’s expanding influence on the global stage. Through platforms like this—driven by vision, collaboration, and cultural clarity—K-fashion continues to evolve not only as an aesthetic movement but as a global language.
